Priority Waste is proud to partner with Clinton Township to provide top-quality waste and disposal services. We are committed to caring for the environment and the people of Clinton Township, actively supporting local community education and sustainability initiatives.

  • Service Days: Monday – Friday
  • Compost Pickup Period: April through the middle of December – Items must be placed in paper compost bags, 32-gallon containers, or 95-gallon carts – Containers should have an affixed compost sticker.
  • Bulk Pick Up/Special Pick Up: Picked up on the same day as trash – no special pick up request needed.
  • Other Notes: Side door pickup is available for those that qualify for the Township’s program. Services will be billed at an additional $22/month.

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

If your service day is on or after the holiday, that week, your service day will be delayed one day.

How do I report a missed pickup or a damaged cart?

What are acceptable recyclable materials?
Paper: Newspaper, junk mail, flattened cardboard and box board, magazines, mixed paper.
Metal: Empty cans and aerosol cans, aluminum, tin.
Plastic: Bottles, jugs, storage containers, tubs.
Glass: Clear and colored glass.
What materials are not accepted for recycling?
Materials not accepted include: Plastic Bags or Film, Plastic Cups, Styrofoam, Food Waste, Storage Bags, Soiled Pizza Boxes, Pyrex or Ceramic, Bubble Wrap Packing Materials, Plastic Silverware, Metal or Plastic Hangers
