Priority is proud to partner with the City of Flint to serve residents trash, recycling and yard waste collection needs. Flint, Michigan is a city with a rich history and diverse community, known as Vehicle City for its important contributions to the automotive industry. Located 66 miles northwest of Detroit, Flint is the twelfth largest city in Michigan with a population of approximately 81,000 and county seat of Genesee County. Flint was originally settled in 1819 and formerly incorporated in 1855. Our dedicated team is proud to serve the residents of Flint and help revitalize the community by participating in programs like the Fight Blight project, in partnership with FlintNOW.
Service Days
- Compost Pickup Period: April 1 through the week containing November 30. Limit is up to 20 bags; bags and cans must be 40 gallons or smaller and less than 50 lbs.
- Bulk Pick Up/Special Pick Up: Bulk allowed up to 20 bags or, within reason, large items per week. No special pick up needed.
- Waste, Compost, and Recycling are picked up on the same day.
