Service Days
- Compost Pickup Period: Weekly pick up beginning on April first and continuing through November 30. Residents must place materials in Kraft paper bags or properly labeled containers up to 35 gallons. Christmas trees are picked up for the first two weeks in January.
- Bulk Pick Up/Special Pick Up: Every other week service – 2 item limit.
- Other Notes: Refuse cart assistance program available for those who are physically unable to set out their carts. Contact Pontiac sanitation at 248-758-3600 for a City application letter.
